Goa Plant I

Indoco Remedies Goa Plant I manufactures Solid Dosages (Tablets and Capsules) & Liquid Dosages is located in a non-pollutant area, with a vertical flow system, monolithic flooring, fully air-conditioned RM and FG stores. It has a separate Pilot Plant. Processing areas are designed to maintain Class 100,000 conditions. The plant has capability to manufacture Aqueous and Photosensitive products. It has HVAC system that maintains Relative Humidity to 40 - 65%. The facility has now been expanded to meet the growing demands by our customers from the regulated markets.

The facility is approved by UK-MHRA (for Solid Dosages and Creams & Capsules), TGA-Australia (for Solid Dosages, Liquid Orals and Creams & Ointments) and by MMA - Malta Medicine Authority (for Solid Dosages). The Plant also holds the WHO-GMP approval.

• Liquid Orals : 6 Million Bottles

• Creams & Ointments : 10 Million Tubes

• Capsules (Hard Gelatin) : 60 Million Capsules

Goa Plant II

This is a state-of-the-art sterile facility for Ophthalmics and Injectables approved by USFDA. This facility has also been approved by EU GMP (Dutch Health and Youth Care Inspectorate (Netherlands) and LAGeSo (Germany)), WHO CDSCO, PFDA Philippines.

The Plant has been designed with a sophisticated internal environment monitoring system using computer based system to monitor and control parameters like temperature, humidity, pressure difference, particulate count and safety aspects. The Design of the plant is modular.

Baddi Plant I

Indoco's manufacturing facility in BADDI, Himachal Pradesh manufactures Tablets, Creams, Ointments, Liquid Orals and Toothpastes. The facility supports the Company’s growing formulations requirements for the domestic as well as international business.

The manufacturing facility has been designed for logical flow of man and materials. The plant has been provided with all necessary arrangements to eliminate the risk of errors, avoid cross border contamination and mix up.

• Solid Orals (Tablets) : 0.96 Billion

• Liquid Orals : 2400 KL

• External Preparations (Creams & Ointments) : 225 Tons

• Oral Hygiene preparation (Toothpaste) : 1500 Tons

This facility has been approved by UK-MHRA EU Malta, Ministry of Health - Ukraine, PPB Kenya, Zimbabwe and the World Health Organization - WHO (for Solid Dosages). Regulatory approvals for liquid formulations are received from PPB Kenya, Zimbabwe, Qatar, Sri Lanka, Ministry of Health – Nepal and UAE. Further, regulatory approvals received for Ointments & Toothpaste formulation are, PPB Kenya, Sri Lanka and Nepal.

Baddi Plant III

This Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing facility located at Baddi has been acquired from Micro Labs Ltd., Bangalore. The facility is spread over an area of 18,000 sqm, out of which 11,000 is the built-up area. The facility is designed for production of a variety of tablets and hard gelatin capsules.

The acquisition is fuelled by the anticipated high growth in the Company’s international business in the coming future and will cater mainly to the Regulated markets. This facility has been approved by UKMHRA & WHO-GMP.

Waluj Plant

Indoco's Waluj manufacturing facility is located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) is spread over and an area of 8100 sq.mts. The total built up area is approximately 4500 sq. mts. This facility has been designed for logical flow of man & material and has been provided with all necessary arrangements to eliminate the risk of errors, avoid cross contamination and mix up. The site is surrounded by non-polluting industries which do not generate any smoke, soot or dust.

• Solid Orals (Tablets) : 250 Million

• Liquid Orals : 500 KL

• External Preparations : 400 KL

This facility has been inspected by World Health Organization, National Drug Authority - Uganda, Drug Regulatory Unit – Botswana, PPB Kenya, TMDA Tanzania, MEDS Kenya, TPML France (FWA) and ZAMRA – Zambia.

Formulation Plant – Warren

Warren Formulation Plant is located at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), it manufactures Semi Solids i.e. Toothpastes & External Liquids. The manufacturing facility is operational with local FDA approval.
