Manager Quality Assurance 

Qualification : B.Pharm 

Profile : 
To ensure product quality by ensuring that production at contract manufacturing location is carried as per the cGMP norms. Strive for zero product quality issue.
Daily quality monitoring of Glenmark products through location officers by providing them the required backup or support.
Review of Technical documents (Analytical, Stability & Manufacturing process) for Technology Transfer. Coordinate with R & D for successful launch of new product. Ensure validation of initial batches and technology transfer documents. Scale up batches based on the validation batches and equipment capacity.
Handling of Market complaints & investigation as well as closing of market complaint.
Handling of change controls and deviation simultaneously ensure CAPA.
Documentation – Preparation of Master BMR, BPR and complete Product master. Preparation of Annual Product Review and validation protocols. Maintenance of error free documents as well as ensure retrieval of old or obsolete documents from locations
Review of FDA license documents before submitting it for licensing. Review of documents before submitting for regulatory authority.
Training as well as technical support to location executives to perform their job better at contract locations.
New Facility audit & follow ups for compliance as per the product or products requirements. Periodic Audits / Regular audits of existing Contract manufacturing locations and ensure compliance.
Documentary help to Regulatory department in submitting/ filling the product dossiers for different countries.
Monthly over viewing of the Quality problems of different locations and to Quality Head.
